Our mission is to deliver fast, professional, and reliable windshield replacement services to customers in need. We work directly with clients in person to identify damage and offer solutions on the spot, bringing safety and peace of mind back to the road.
We are seeking an outgoing and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team. This Client Support Specialist role involves engaging directly with potential customers in person to assess auto glass damage and schedule windshield replacements. The Client Support Specialist will serve as the face of our service, educating drivers on their repair options and assisting them through the scheduling and insurance claim process.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying windshield damage and communicating the benefits of immediate replacement. The ideal Client Support Specialist is someone who thrives in face-to-face interactions, understands the importance of safety on the road, and can confidently explain service offerings.

The Client Support Specialist is also responsible for initiating the first point of contact, gathering essential customer information, and guiding individuals through the claim and appointment process. In this role, the Client Support Specialist directly contributes to our mission of delivering high-quality auto glass solutions with care and professionalism.

Client Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Initiate in-person conversations with customers to identify windshield damage and communicate the benefits of immediate replacement.
  • Respond to questions or concerns with professionalism and confidence, helping move customers toward scheduling service.
  • Gather essential customer information, and guide customers through the claim and appointment process
  • Explain insurance coverage options and assist customers in initiating claims when applicable.
  • Schedule appointments and input customer details accurately into our system.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly performance goals related to outreach and sales conversions.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
     

What We’re Looking For in a Client Support Specialist:

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or field marketing is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable approaching and talking to new people.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation required.
